Invitation to Prospective and  Current Goods – and Services Providers to Register on the Suppliers Database

 

In terms of the Municipal Financial Management Act (MFMA) (Act 56 of 2003) every Municipality is required to have a Preferred Supplier Database.

 

All purchases for the Municipality for goods and or services shall be made from the Preferred Suppliers Database. The Central Karoo District, Laingsburg and the Beaufort West Municipality are in a process of updating our Preferred Suppliers Database and request all current as well as prospective suppliers to register on our database.

 

Registration forms are available at any one of our offices, but have to be returned, clearly marked "Registration of Suppliers", to the offices of the Supply Chain Management Unit in Simpson Road (BWM) or 56 Donkin Street (CKDM) or Van Riebeeck Street, Laingsburg. It can also be mailed to: The Beaufort West Municipality, Private Bag 582, Beaufort West, 6970 or The Central Karoo District Municipality, Private Bag X560, Beaufort West, 6970 or Private Bag X4, Laingsburg, 6900. Electronic registrations will be accepted via e-mail at the following addresses: treasury@beaufortwestmun.co.za ;manager@skdm.co.za or at Laingsburg@xsinet.co.za . The document is also available on Council's website (www.beaufortwestmun.co.za) or (www.Laingsburg.gov.za).

 

Please note that all the required documentation has to be submitted in order for your registration to be approved.

Uitnodiging aan Voornemende en Huidige Goedere – en Dienste Verskaffers om te Registreer op die Verskaffers Databasis

 

In terme van die Wet op Munisipale Finansiële Bestuur (Wet 56 van 2003) word Munisipaliteite verplig om `n Databasis van alle Voorkeur Verskaffers by te hou.

 

Aankope vir goedere en of dienste vir die Munisipaliteit sal dan ook gedoen word vanaf verskaffers op die databasis. Die Sentrale Karoo Distrik, Laingsburg en die Beaufort-Wes Munisipaliteit is tans in `n proses om ons bestaande databasis van Voorkeur Verskaffers op te dateer. Hiermee versoek ons dus alle bestaande en voornemende verskaffers om te registreer op ons databasis.

 

Registrasievorms is beskikbaar by alle munisipale kantore en moet terugbesorg word by die Kantore van die VoorsieningsKanaal Bestuurseenheid te Simpsonweg, Donkinstraat 56 of Van Riebeeckstraat te Laingsburg. Die dokumente kan ook gepos word na die Beaufort-Wes Munisipaliteit, Privaatsak 582, Beaufort-Wes, 6970, Sentraal Karoo DistriksMunisipaliteit, Privaatsak X560, Beaufort Wes 6970 of Privaatsak X4, Laingsburg, 6900. Die koevert moet duidelik gemerk wees "Registrasie van Verskaffers". Elektroniese registrasie per e-pos sal ook aanvaar word by treasury@beaufortwestmun.co.za ; manager@skdm.co.za of Laingsburg@xsinet.co.za. Die dokument is ook beskikbaar op die Raad se webtuiste (www.beaufortwestmun.co.za) of (www.Laingsburg.gov.za).

 

Geliewe asseblief kennis te neem dat alle dokumentasie soos vereis, aangeheg moet wees ten einde u registrasie goed te keur.
